He has successfully led teams of 50+ people in both sales and operational management capacities, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills across diverse business functions.

Prior to founding HW Capital Group, Haden held senior positions in corporate development and M&A across the insurance and facilities management sectors, where he spearheaded acquisition initiatives, strategic planning, and large-scale operational transformations. His hands-on leadership approach has consistently delivered results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Throughout his career, Haden has built and managed high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth and market expansion whilst simultaneously overseeing operational teams responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction. His ability to bridge the gap between commercial objectives and operational execution has been instrumental in scaling businesses and improving performance metrics.

Haden is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on international business, finance, and management, designed to cultivate global leadership skills. He brings strong strategic acumen, operational expertise, and proven team leadership capabilities to the businesses HW Capital Group acquires, ensuring sustainable growth and enhanced performance.
